Freshness, Storage & Tasting:
How long will my confections stay fresh?
Our handcrafted chocolate confections will be at their peak by the time your order arrives. Because they are perishable, please enjoy them by the date written on the box.
How should I store the confections?
In an airtight container stored at or just below room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended.
How should I serve the confections?
Serve the confections at room temperature. This brings out the full character and flavor of each chocolate.
Ingredients & Allergies:
Do you make anything that is low in sugar or sugar-free?
We do not make anything that is sugar-free.
Are any of the confections vegan?
Vegan products are currently under development.
Are any of your products milk free?
No.
Which products contain gluten or glucose (a gluten product)?
None of the products contain gluten; all of the confections contain glucose.
Does your chocolate contain soy lecithin?
All of our confections contain the emulsifier soy lecithin.
What if I have a nut allergy?
We use nuts in a few select chocolates, prepared seasonally. In the 2009 holiday season, there are no nut products in the confections.
Which chocolate manufacturers/suppliers do you use in the chocolates?

Do you use Fair Trade chocolate?
Not at this time.
Are any of your products organic?
Organic ingredients are used as much as possible, depending on availability.
Are any of your products kosher?
Not at this time.
Orders & Shipping:
Do you gift-wrap?
We are pleased to offer personalized gift tags with each order, presented in our signature shipping box. We don't provide additional gift-wrapping services.
Do you wholesale?
We offer wholesale pricing to qualified retail partners. Please e-mail us for more information.
What states do you ship to?
We ship to the 48 continental United States. Unfortunately we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Do you ship to Canada or overseas?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Can I have my order sent via Ground Service?
All confections require Regular (2DAY) Service or faster.
